Data storage
We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the booking process and for subsequent contract processing, the website operator stores the IP data of the connection owner in the form of cookies. Online bookings are technically processed by our partner Kognitiv. Data such as name, address, credit card number, booking date and room category are also requested and stored. Details on how Kognitiv handles your data can be found here: https://kognitiv.com/ The data you provide is required to fulfil the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. We cannot conclude the contract with you without this data. Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price and to our tax advisor to fulfil our tax obligations. After cancellation of the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of statutory retention periods. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfilment) of the GDPR.

Data is only transferred to Facebook or Google Plus when you click on the plug-ins. We have neither influence nor access to cookies that are set by Facebook, Twitter, etc. Only when the user clicks on the corresponding button does an information window open where the user – if logged into the network – can edit their personal text again before sending it. If the visit to our website is not to be assigned to your user account by Facebook etc. If you do not want your visit to our website to be assigned to your user account, it is best to log out of your user account.
